About the Instructor:
Jacqueline Sadashige began her journey as a yoga instructor at the legendary It’s Yoga in San Francisco, where she trained with Larry Schultz. Schultz was one of the first Americans to study classic Ashtanga under Patthabi Jois in India, and he toured with the Grateful Dead as their “road yogi.” Since then, Jacqueline has completed additional training in multiple traditions and styles . Known for her attention to anatomy, clear explanations, and positive energy, Jacqueline enjoys customizing her classes to suit participant needs. As a Lead Instructor at City Fitness, Jacqueline also mentors new instructors and assists in keeping the program fresh. When not teaching fitness, Jacqui works as a Corporate Responsibility Officer for PETA and teaches Women and Gender Studies for Drexel University.
